We set goals that seem achievable to us. If you have never heard a nice comment about yourself, you cannot perceive what it would feel like to actually be such a person. In a similar way, our experiences modify and determine the goals we set for ourselves. Our experiences effect also the expectations we place on ourselves and others.
During the sessions with me, we do Balances. Their purpose is to remove the resistance from the subconscious mind. This procedure is like a road along which you drive. If there is a fallen tree, you have a block and cannot move on. The Balance lifts off the tree trunk and removes the blockage. It consists certain procedures, light movements, sentences to be said and so on. You'll be standing, sitting on a chair or lying on the massage table/couch, fully clothed and conscious.
So, after the Balance you don't have anything to stop you, so you can clearly go ahead and not be stuck in the past! New visions!

The Action plan
Why do you need an action plan? What does it mean?
At the simplest way to put it, the action plan is all about some practical steps that you can take when you get back home, after the balance. Although there is nothing to stop you, in order to be able to proceed you still have to press the gas! In a similar way in life, you'll see the results manifest in your life faster if you take the first step and act. That's why we create an Action Plan for you. If it's scary or very stressful, we can alleviate the stress with another Balance, and set your mind at rest.
Very commonly, the main reason for you to stop moving along in your life is fear. You may be afraid of what to say, how to talk to some person, how to discuss difficult subjects or anything that concerns your relationships in your life. Our relationships are one of the biggest impediments. So clearing all the stress relating to them is vital for a happy life. During the plan of your action plan, we'll go through these problems as well. We address your relationships and all things that may now seem hard or frightening, but after the session seem so much easier and more doable.
Often people are in a hurry and want to get along to DO something different now that it feels possible!
